Health & Safety

Health & Safety is of utmost importance to us here at T&C, with our teams often working on building sites. Projects are also often carried out in close proximity to the general public where heavy machinery may operate. It is therefore integral to our company that Health & Safety is implemented to the highest standards at all time.

We encourage all employees to keep health & safety at the forefront of their operations. This means questioning if there is a safer way to work on sight and not proceeding if they feel there are potentially avoidable risks involved. We ask that they alert of any near misses and potential risks to head office.

All of our operatives are provided to carry out risk assessments. All risk assessments have to be completed on site otherwise works cannot start or finish.

The Health & Safety of our workers and the public comes first and so we ensure that all of our crews are all skilled operatives who hold a CSCS card and are accredited to the industry standards. All staff from office to site operatives receive regular training in Health & Safety & First Aid.
